Sam Beckwith is your National League Player of the Month!

 

We are delighted to announce that Sam Beckwith has won the Vanarama National League Player of the Month for April 2024! 

 

Beckwith has been a pivotal member of the squad throughout this season and has been rewarded for his contiuned development throughout the season. The 22-year-old played every match in April during a run where Maidenhead gained 10 out of a possible 15 points to move away from the bottom four. 

 

A second half strike from Beckwith ensured the Magpies regained the lead at home to Hartlepool United on the 9th April in a game that Maidenhead United won 3-1 to gain a crucial three points in the fight for survival. 

 

Sam Beckwith was rewarded for his efforts by winning joint Manager's Player of the Season as well as gain a place in the contigency squad for England C's upcoming fixture against Nepal.
